- Delivery Days/Times – Whistler: Monday to Saturday. 2 pm – 5 pm
- No Delivery on Holiday
- Orders received after 1:30 pm may deliver the next available day.
- Specific time requests will be handled best effort only, but not guaranteed.
- If we find the customer has specified an incorrect delivery charge, we will accordingly credit or debit the order with flowers of an equal value.
- If no one is home orders will be left at the door (as conditions permits and at the discretion of the delivery driver)
- An extra delivery fee may apply for giving us the wrong address.
- Please understand that we will refund the total amount less $5.00 (Admin fee) and cancel the order if the delivery is out of our delivery area.
- We may call recipient before we attempt to deliver to these areas:
- Whistler South (Function Junction/Cheakamus Crossing) to North(Emerald Estates) includes Kadenwood, Westside Road. $8.00 + GST
- Whistler Rural Area Charges
- We will call recipient before we attempt to deliver to these areas: Pine Crest / Blacktusk Village $24.00 + GST. Wedgewood $16.00 + GST
- Please ensure to provide a correct Postal Code at time of purchase to calculate correct delivery charge. Giving us a wrong Postal Code will be forcing to Pick up at Store only (We will call recipient to collect at store.)
