How do I put in the delivery address?
The address can be entered during the checkout process.
Can you deliver the flowers today?
Our same-day delivery cut-off is 9AM, however, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on our delivery schedule on the day.

What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours for our everyday orders are between 1PM to 4 PM daily.
Wedding and Event deliveries are time-specific
Can you deliver the exact time of day?
Our delivery hours for our everyday orders are between 1PM to 4 PM daily, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as our schedule is dependent on all the orders received for that day.
If delivery by a specific time is required, we may be able to deliver for an additional fee. Please contact us before your requested delivery date to inquire.
Wedding and Event deliveries are time-specific and all delivery details and requirements will be discussed when you order.
Do you deliver to Pemberton or Squamish
Except for weddings and events, we do not currently offer delivery of everyday arrangements to Pemberton or Squamish.
Where are your flowers supplied from?
Our goal is to source flowers locally from growers whenever we can, however, we do use imported flowers depending on seasonal availability and quality.
Can you send me a photo sample of what I might be ordering?
We do not offer “standard” arrangements to choose from, so we do not have “sample photos”, but we welcome design requests and will do our best to accommodate any floral preferences.
We do have images of arrangements we’ve created, which are shown on our website and on our instagram, but our arrangements are always custom, and our floral product is seasonal and varies each week.
I just ordered can you send me a photo?
We can send a photo of your arrangement once it is made and ready for delivery. Please ensure you mention your request either in the “Additional Notes” box when ordering online, or request by email/phone.
Do you deliver to Whistler?
Delivery fee is determined by Postal Code and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
