Refund policy

At Senka Florist, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal flowers and carefully prepared with love and attention. Because flowers are a perishable product, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

Fresh Flowers & Plants

All of our fresh floral products and plants are final sale, but if something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and include a few clear photos. We truly want you to enjoy your flowers/plants and are always happy to review any concerns.

If the issue is related to quality or handling on our end, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to everyday floral orders may be accepted before design work has begun. Once flowers have been ordered or design is in progress, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Orders

Cancellations to custom orders with less than 2 weeks notice, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

Cancellations will not be accepted for custom orders with less than 1 weeks notice. 

Non-Refundable Situations

Flowers are a natural product, and each arrangement will have its own unique character. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for:

  • Natural variations in colour, shape, or bloom stage

  • Seasonal substitutions made to maintain the overall style and value

  • Flowers that have not been cared for according to provided instructions

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information

  • A change of mind after an order has been delivered

Hard Goods & Gift Items

All hard goods are non-refundable but exchanges may be accepted on the same day as purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. After the same day, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift Cards

  • Perishable goods including chocolate

  • Sale items
