Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Whistler, 7 days a week. Please make sure the recipient is in town so your flowers can be enjoyed.

We do not offer delivery to Squamish or Pemberton at this time except for events & weddings.
Do I need to provide a phone number?

Yes — we require a local phone number for the recipient. Our team will always call on the day of delivery to ensure a smooth handoff.

We can accommodate surprise delivery via request, please write in the order notes.
How much does delivery cost?

Central Whistler $10

Wedgewoods $18
Black Tusk & Pinecrest $35

Delivery rates apply to standard flower orders. Weddings and large events may have different rates.
When are deliveries made? Can I request a specific time?

Standard deliveries are scheduled between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Exact timing depends on traffic and the route of the day.

Please note: our in-house delivery team follows a single efficient route. We may not always be able to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but you can include your preferred time in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Are there special delivery policies for weddings or events?

Yes — delivery rates and policies for weddings or large events may vary depending on logistics and the size of the order. Please contact us for details.
Where do your flowers come from?

Our goal is to source flowers from local growers whenever possible. Depending on seasonal availability and quality, we may also use imported flowers to ensure the freshest and most beautiful arrangements for our customers.
How long will the flowers last?

Flower longevity depends on the variety of blooms, environment, and care, but most arrangements last 5–7 days, with some flowers lasting longer.

Fresh flowers are a natural product, and their lifespan can vary. Proper care will help ensure you enjoy them for as long as possible.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photos?

Our photos are intended as a style and size guide rather than an exact replica.

Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, specific blooms and colours may vary depending on availability. Rest assured, our designers will always create an arrangement that reflects the overall look, colour palette, and value of the design you selected.
How do I care for my flowers once I receive them?

To get the most life from your flowers, we recommend:

  • Keep arrangements in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
  • Check water levels daily and top up with fresh water as needed.
  • Avoid placing flowers near fruit, as ripening fruit releases gases that can shorten flower life

For wrapped bouquets, we suggest trimming the stems and placing them in fresh water as soon as possible.
