At Senka Florist, some of our products may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a Senka Florist delivery, you’ll receive fresh flowers or products at the frequency and duration you choose.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel at any time.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the links in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is for an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available item from Senka Florist. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance when the item becomes available.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

Once your pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund.
