Description

Our Valentine's Floral Collection features two beautiful bouquet styles for you to choose from. Simply select the style you feel will best suit your Valentine, then personalize it with your preferred colour palette and budget.

If there is anything you would like us to know, please include any special requests or notes in the “Special Instructions” box in the cart page, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Our Options:

Hand-Tied Bouquet: Features larger, taller statement blooms and is loose and natural in style. This bouquet is perfect for a Valentine who loves flowers like Lilies, Roses, Lisianthus, Carnations and Matthiola etc.

Posy Bouquet: Packed full with dainty, beautiful flowers like Tulips, Ranunculus, Viburnum and hydrangeas etc. This bouquet style is compact and shorter and is crafted for a Valentine that loves soft, simple and elegant flowers.

Our bouquets are delivered in a temporary wet wrap to ensure freshness. We strongly recommend that they be placed into water within 2 hours upon delivery or pick up to maintain their quality. 

All floral arrangements are uniquely designed, and the images shown are style references only. Final designs will vary based on seasonal flower availability and variations in size and colour are normal and will vary with specific floral requests.
Design Requests

We love creating something meaningful for you. You are welcome to share colour preferences, inspiration photos, or general style notes at checkout.

While we always take your requests into consideration, we work primarily with seasonal flowers. Specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed, but we will create a bouquet that closely reflects your chosen style and colour palette. Each arrangement is uniquely designed and no two bouquets will be the same.
Valentines Delivery Details

• A local recipient phone number is required for all delivery orders so we can ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Please double-check that unit numbers, buzzer codes, and access instructions are included for any condos or secured buildings. For shared dwellings, kindly note the correct suite door.

• Due to increased order volume on Valentine’s Day, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests or time windows.

• All Valentine’s Day deliveries will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Recipients will only be contacted if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery. Flowers may be safely left outside if weather permits and the recipient lets us know they will return shortly.

• If weather conditions are not suitable to leave the flowers outside, a delivery notice will be left so the recipient can collect their order from our shop at their convenience.
Hotel Delivery

For Whistler hotel deliveries, we strongly recommend choosing a vase arrangement.

Hand tied bouquets are delivered out of water. Once dropped off with hotel staff or concierge, we cannot guarantee their care or freshness. A vase arrangement ensures the flowers remain hydrated and looking their best upon arrival.

Please include the guest’s full name, hotel name, and room number if available at checkout. Hotel deliveries are typically left with the front desk or concierge, and responsibility transfers to hotel staff once delivered.
